Memo subscriptions are recurring. Once subscribed, you are billed on your selected billing cadence until you cancel.

General policy

In most cases, Memo subscription payments and enterprise licenses are not refundable. Cancellation stops future renewal, but it usually does not refund a period that has already started.

Before your next renewal

If you want to stop the next charge, cancel before your renewal date:

  1. Open Memo.

  2. Go to Settings β†’ Subscription.

  3. Open the billing-management flow.

  4. Cancel or manage your subscription from there.

When to contact support

Please contact support if:

  • you believe you were charged by mistake

  • you were charged twice

  • you cannot access the account connected to a charge

  • you subscribed through a mobile billing provider and are unsure where to manage it

What to include

  • the email address on your Memo account

  • the approximate billing date

  • a screenshot or receipt if available

  • a short description of what happened
