Hi memo, you have been a great help to my studies and I always score nearly full marks for every humanities exam with you. As a loyal consumer, I did look at your pay plans and found it a bit expensive for my budget, especially for a student. I would be happy to purchase, but can you please add some more discounts? Or alternatively, to establish an even more loyal fanbase, can you make more features free as the obsessive request to update to pro is driving me away from memo. Thank you.

"standard", "thinking" and "Pro"? what are they? what usage do they cost?

In the past, MEMO allowed user to choose the models, but now there are only "standard", "thinking" and "Pro". What are they? what are the usage cost of using them? In the past, there was a price guide for using different functions and models. Now it disappeared. what’s going on? P.s. Background: I’m a paid user.

Note generation

I uploaded a youtube video and want to generate notes but the chatbot is saying it has lost connection and stops the note generation. However it still then generates notes which appear in my studio. I've checked the notes and they cover everything from the video. I would appreciate if the chatbot bug could be fixed. Thank you so much!

Numbers & Formatting

There are very often formatting issues when it comes to numbers. Sometimes they are resolved when i ask to reformat but as seen here, it didn’t work this time (+ eats up usage by asking)

Duplicated questions

I tried my first multiple questions which out of 40 questions, almost half of the AI generated questions are duplicated. Few questions even appeared 3 times

Users want to be able to annotate and fluoresce PDF files directly within the Memo platform. In particular, users would like to be able to handwrite or mark up PDFs with tips from their interactions with the AI Teacher for future review, thus enhancing learning and interaction.

In-app image cropping tool for flashcards

Users want to be able to crop images directly within the Memo app when adding them to flashcards, instead of having to use external tools. This would streamline the process of creating visually rich flashcards with specific image sections.

Can you develop the Chinese version of Feynman mode? It’s difficult to pronounciate pinyin when it come’s to the Chinese material. I also believe it will be helpful for people to learn Chinese

live lecture

When using the recording for the live recording for lecture, it keeps crashing, resulting in an error. The recording for the lecture disappeared, and I can’t retrieve any information. This happened to me several times throughout the lecture. resulting in me losing all my information.

Hi Memo.cards Team, I just wanted to say a big thank you for creating such an amazing platform! I’ve really enjoyed using memo.cards so far, and I’m genuinely excited to be part of your growing user base. The application and website have greatly improved the way I learn—especially by simplifying flashcard creation and making review efficient and enjoyable. I also really appreciate how kind and responsive your team has been. I have a few suggestions that I believe could make the platform even better and enhance user experience: 1. Progress Tracking for Decks on the Dashboard It would be great to have a visible progress report or completion percentage attached to each deck. That way, when users visit the dashboard, they can immediately see which decks are 100% completed and which ones are still in progress, based on how many cards have been studied or learned. 2. Daily/Weekly/Monthly Study Stats A dashboard section that shows statistics like: Number of cards studied today Number studied in the past 7 days Number studied in the past 30 days would be incredibly helpful for motivation. This would also help users maintain a study streak and get a clearer sense of their learning consistency. These features would go a long way in making the platform more engaging and user-friendly. Professor AI not able to show/flip the source issue

In the previous MEMO AI track version, after starting the track, it fliped the source pdf document to corresponding page. However, in the updated MEMO AI, it tells that it has flipped to the corresponding page, but actually it hasn’t. even i open the source pdf, it doesn’t know how to flip page automatically. I tried in macbook and ipad, it also doesn’t work. Please give me back the function as in the previous MEMO AI did.

Keyboard SHortcuts in Learning Track

Hi! I’ve noticed you’ve implemented multiple shortcuts throughout the programm, which is amazing as it lets me use my 8bitdo controller! However, in the Leanring Track (the Duolingo-kind of thingy), I still need to press “Continue” or “Back” if I want to go to the next page/go to the previous page. It would be very helpful if you’d add shortcuts for these functions, e.g. pressing the “enter” key to go to the next page or the “backspace” key to go to the previous page. Also add this to other pages! There’s a lot of potential and it’d just make my day! Kind regards, Julie (a most happy premium member)

Track customisation

Sometimes my track is not is my expectation. Sometimes, when some topics will be quized less (or will be for only a small part of the quiz (less points)), I want a function to “tweak” the track, like focusing the track to a specific part of the notes.

I did a lesson today and it didn’t register into my streak. I also did a lesson ytd(but not entirely) so I suppose it didn’t register?

ANKI MODE

I really like anki interface but i think it will be more useful if you made the interface like them having the option when your rewiew your cards to hide the subject the numerotation. In anki you can also zoom freely on you cards with the text upscaling as you zoom also you naviguate easily on your flashcards using the arrows or the spacebar is really useful i just want a simple way to review my cards with a simple interface on memo.cards just like the interface of anki thank you

Formula are not shown properly

Image Reference Not Working

I have always had my ‘Add Image Reference to Anki Cards’ button turned on. I’m a 2nd Year Medical Student so I’m always making flashcards and I love how it references the slides I use when generating my flashcards. But now, every time I turn the ‘Add Image Reference to Anki Cards’ button on, it never adds the slides it takes the information that the flashcard is generated from. I constantly need flashcards from Memo so it’s so frustrating having to constantly generate flashcards and not have it working especially when it was working PERFECTLY last year. Please fix this or if there’s something wrong on my end please do let me know.

Hi team, Just wanted to say a big thank you for the recent update that lets us hide/unhide the chat box — it’s really useful and makes the interface feel much cleaner when needed! I’d like to raise one small issue I’ve been having with the Flashcard Flip view (this was already present in the older version too). *****On iPhone*****, when viewing flashcards in “Flip” view (especially MCQ ones with a longer question + several answer options), the content doesn’t scroll up/down at all. The whole card seems locked/fixed, so I can’t see the full question or all the choices unless they happen to fit on screen. It’s quite tricky to study this way For comparison: It works perfectly on *****Android phones (I tested on both)***** It also scrolls normally on iPad I usually end up carrying my iPad when I want to review properly outside, but it’s obviously not as convenient as just using my phone. Hoping this could be looked into — since it already behaves correctly on Android, I’m guessing it might be a relatively straightforward fix on the iOS side? Thanks so much for your hard work and for continuing to improve the app — really appreciate it! P.S> Hope that the other two known bugs—AI professor not paging through sources and the wonky citations for multi-source tracks—can be fixed soon and make MEMO a GREAT TOOL for everyone. Thanks. I am a medical student. We have an actual transcript of lectures in our own format. Unfortunately, most of the time, uploading here is limited and it always says there are a lot of symbols. How I wish I could upload without limit.

make an option that make mindmaps for the pdf contents that inserted is very useful and wonderful idea.

The 50k limit sometimes is a huge letdown.

To fix that, please, allow user to streamline his Flashcards creation through a shortcut to the creation of it using a simple split pdf 50k/50k characters, with a simple click of a button to continue, which could automatically creates a continuation of that and add another entry at the saved decks area. Thats something that wouldnt change the tokens number and could improve Pdf2anki a lot.

Ability to delete flash card sets made

Sorry, another feature request. I would love for there to be an option to delete a set generated. Especially when there has been an error generating the cards as sometimes they still remain as a flashcard set.

NOTHING is working and has not been for days

been trying to create new decks for days, both websites are so slow, when im lucky enough to get one loading, in the old website the file wont upoload or the generate button wont work or the generate new batch button wont work either and I lose the 10 chucks made so far, the new website instead will give me an error at the end of the generating process
