Language is universal across Studio and Chat

When you change Output Language in any Studio customize dialog, that updates your default output language across all Studio generations and your Copilot Chat panel.
If you leave it on Auto, Memo detects the source language automatically.

Quick generate vs Customize

  • Click a Studio tile to generate with default settings.

  • Click the pencil (Edit) icon on a tile to open customization.

  • The pencil appears when sources are available and generation is not in progress.

How to generate

  1. Open Studio.

  2. Click Notes for default note generation.

  3. Open the generated notes from Studio outputs.

How to customize

  1. Click the pencil on Notes.

  2. Choose a Note Style: Bullet Notes, Table, Cornell, Summary, Toggles, or Custom.

  3. Set Output Language.

  4. Add instructions:

    • If style is Custom, instructions are required.

    • Otherwise, instructions are optional.

  5. Click Generate.
