Language is universal across Studio and Chat

When you change Output Language in any Studio customize dialog, that updates your default output language across all Studio generations and your Copilot Chat panel.
If you leave it on Auto, Memo detects the source language automatically.

Quick generate vs Customize

  • Click a Studio tile to generate with default settings.

  • Click the pencil (Edit) icon on a tile to open customization.

  • The pencil appears when sources are available and generation is not in progress.

How to generate

  1. Open Studio.

  2. Click Mind Map.

  3. Open the generated map from Studio outputs.

How to customize

  1. Click the pencil on Mind Map.

  2. Set Output Language.

  3. Add Focus Area instructions (optional), like emphasizing cause/effect or key definitions.

  4. Click Generate.

Tip
If a legacy mind map exists, direct tile click may open it. Use Customize to generate a fresh one.
