  4. Find and click the "Cancel Subscription" button

After Cancellation

  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed

  • You'll maintain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period

  • Your account will revert to the free plan after the billing period ends

Feedback Welcome

We value your input and are constantly working to improve Memo. Before you go:

  • Let us know how we can improve at https://feedback.memo.cards/

  • Share any features you'd like to see

  • Tell us about any issues you've experienced

Your feedback helps us build a better learning experience for everyone.

Important notes

  • Cancellation stops renewal. It does not instantly erase your account.

  • If you only want to avoid the next renewal, cancel before the next billing date.

  • For plan details, compare plans from the current subscription or pricing pages instead of older screenshots.

FAQ

Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No. Access normally stays active until the current paid period ends.

Can I come back later?

Yes. You can subscribe again later and keep using the same account.

What if I can’t find the cancel option?

Start from Settings β†’ Subscription and open the billing-management flow from there.

Want to Return?

You're always welcome back! If you decide to return later, your learning history and flashcards will still be available in your account.

A note from the team:
