What is the difference between Free, Pro and Max?

Free lets you explore Memo's core workflow. Pro suits regular study and AI use. Max suits heavier AI use. See Memo Plans Comparison and your purchase options in Settings β†’ Subscription.

How does usage work?

Memo uses shared energy for supported AI actions. Open Settings β†’ Usage for your remaining balance and monthly reset. A plan does not promise a fixed number of generations. See Understanding Energy in Memo.

Can I try Memo before choosing a paid plan?

You can explore Memo on Free. Eligible offers have their own requirements and claim flow. For the HKU student offer, use Settings β†’ Claim and follow Pro Account for HKU Students.

Can I cancel or change my subscription?

Open Settings β†’ Subscription for the actions available to your account and review any confirmation screen. An Apple-billed subscription is managed through Apple. See Cancel Subscription.

Where do I ask about a refund or unexpected charge?

Use the request route in Refund Policy. Include the account email, date, amount and receipt reference. Cancellation and refund review are separate.

Is there an iPhone or iPad app?

Yes. Memo has a native App Store app for iPhone and iPad. Android users can use the browser-installed web app. See Memo Desktop and Mobile Downloads.

Can I export flashcards?

Memo supports Anki and RemNote export from supported flashcard sets. Select the export format from the set's download options. PDF reference-image quality is controlled in Settings β†’ Flashcard Display; re-export to apply a changed setting.

How do I create study materials?

Add sources to a notebook, then use Memo Agent and supported Studio tools to create study materials. Review generated content against your sources.

Where is the HKU MBBS QBank?

On the web, open Settings β†’ Optional Features, enable QBank and open it from the sidebar. Complete the access steps shown inside. See Find and access the HKU MBBS QBank.
