How to move decks around in Memo - and into and between folders.

Moving a deck into a different folder is easy—just follow these steps:

Step-by-step

Move one deck

  1. Open the Dashboard.

  2. Find the deck you want to move.

  3. Open the deck’s menu.

  4. Choose Move to folder.

  5. Pick the destination folder.

  6. Confirm the move.

Move several decks at once

  1. Open the Dashboard.

  2. Select the decks you want to move.

  3. Use the bulk move action.

  4. Choose the destination folder.

  5. Confirm the move.

Drag-and-drop on desktop

On desktop, you can also drag a deck onto a folder to move it.

Related folder behavior

Memo also supports moving folders. On desktop, drag-and-drop is available there too.

Important notes

  • Bulk move is useful when you are reorganizing many decks at once.

  • Drag-and-drop is a desktop-oriented workflow.

  • If you do not want to drag, the move dialog is still available.

Can I move a deck by dragging it?

Yes, on desktop. You can also use the move dialog if you prefer.
