Desktop options

Memo currently offers desktop access through the main download flow, including:

  • macOS

  • Windows

  • Linux

  • the web app

If you prefer a desktop app instead of a browser tab, start from Memo’s download page memo.cards/download and choose the version that matches your device.

Mobile options

On mobile, Memo is currently installed as a web app from your mobile browser.

iPhone / iPad

  1. Open Memo in Safari.

  2. Tap Share.

  3. Tap Add to Home Screen.

  4. Confirm the install.

Android

  1. Open Memo in your mobile browser.

  2. Open the browser menu.

  3. Tap Add to Home screen.

  4. Confirm the install.

Which option should I use?

  • Use the desktop app if you want a more dedicated desktop workspace.

  • Use the web app if you want the fastest way to open Memo anywhere.

  • Use the mobile install flow if you want Memo on your home screen with an app-like experience.

Important notes

  • Mobile installation is currently a PWA-style browser install flow.

  • Desktop and mobile use the same Memo account.

  • On mobile, install from a normal browser instead of an in-app browser when possible.
