Troubleshooting Google sign-in and email OTP login issues.

Memo supports Google sign-in and email OTP login. You can usually use either method with the same email address.
Email OTP is not arriving
Check your spam or junk folder.
Confirm the email address is typed correctly.
Wait a few minutes before requesting another code.
If your email is a Google account, try Continue with Google instead.
The OTP code is invalid or expired
Use the newest code from your inbox.
Refresh the login page and request a fresh code.
Enter the code without extra spaces.
Google login is not working
Make sure you select the correct Google account.
Try the email OTP method with the same address.
Clear cookies for Memo and try again.
Try a private/incognito window.
Browser or device issues
Update your browser.
Disable extensions that block sign-in popups or cookies.
Try another browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
If using the mobile app or installed web app, try logging in from a browser to confirm the account works.
Subscription or billing account mismatch
If you can log in but do not see your expected plan, you may be signed in with a different email from the one used at checkout. Check Settings β Subscription and contact support with both possible emails if needed.

If you still cannot log in, contact support and include:
the email address you are trying to use
whether you tried Google, OTP, or both
your browser and device
