Organizing Decks and Folders

How to keep your Memo dashboard organized.

Folders help you organize decks by course, project, topic, exam, team, or any structure that fits your workflow.

Create a folder

  1. Open the Dashboard.

  2. Use the folder creation action.

  3. Name the folder.

  4. Open the folder to add or move decks into it.

Move one deck

  1. Open the Dashboard.

  2. Find the deck you want to move.

  3. Open the deck menu.

  4. Choose Move to folder.

  5. Select the destination and confirm.

Move several decks at once

  1. Select the decks you want to organize.

  2. Use the bulk move action.

  3. Choose the destination folder.

  4. Confirm the move.

Rename or delete folders

Open a folder's menu to rename it, move it, or send it to Trash. Deleted folders can be restored from Trash until they are permanently cleared.

Tips

  • Create folders by course, exam, client, or research area.

  • Keep archive folders for old material you may need later.

  • Use Trash instead of permanent deletion when you are unsure.
