You can cancel your Memo subscription from the subscription settings page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not immediately erase your account or remove your existing decks.
Quick steps
Log in to Memo.
Open Settings.
Go to Subscription.
Open the billing-management or cancellation flow.
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
What happens after cancellation
Your paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.
Your plan renews as Free after the paid period ends.
Your decks, flashcards, and learning history remain on your account.
You can subscribe again later from Settings β Subscription.
If you subscribed through a mobile app
If your subscription is managed through a mobile app store or native billing flow, cancellation may need to happen through that billing provider instead of the web checkout page. Open Memo on the device you used to subscribe, then go to the subscription or customer-center flow.
If you cannot find the cancel option
Make sure you are signed in to the account that owns the subscription.
Open Settings β Subscription, not the general configuration page.
If the page says your subscription is managed elsewhere, use that provider's billing settings.
Contact support with your account email if you still cannot locate the option.
FAQ
Will I lose access immediately?
No. In most cases, cancellation stops renewal and your paid access continues until the current paid period ends.
Can I come back later?
Yes. You can subscribe again from the same account.
Where can I compare plans before changing?
Use Settings β Subscription or the pricing page for the current checkout options available to your account.
