Written By Jason From Memo

Your streak is a simple way to track your consistency in Memo.
If you complete a qualifying study action on consecutive days, your streak grows.

What is a streak?
Your streak has two numbers:
Current streak: how many consecutive days youโve studied.Longest streak: your best streak ever.
How Memo tracks streaks
Streak tracking is automatic. You do not need to manually update anything.
Memo updates your streak when you complete an energy-consuming study action successfully.
Rules:
You can earn up to 1 streak day per calendar day.
Doing multiple qualifying actions on the same day does not add extra streak days.
If you study on the next day, your
current streakincreases. If you skip day(s), your
current streakresets when you return.Your
longest streakis preserved and only updates when you beat your previous best.
Time boundary:
Streak days are tracked using UTC date boundaries.
What actions count toward streaks
Any successful action that consumes energy can count, including:
Chat / Copilot study chat
Flashcard generation
Notes generation
Exam generation/checking
Podcast generation
Track generation
Mindmap generation
Infographic generation
Voice tutor actions
What does not count
Opening the app without completing a qualifying action
Failed/aborted actions that do not successfully consume energy
Repeating multiple qualifying actions in the same day (still counts as one streak day)
How to view your streak
Open your
Dashboard.Tap/click the
Streakstory (flame icon).Youโll see your current streak and longest streak.
Quick FAQ
Why didnโt my streak increase after I used Memo several times today?
Only one streak day is counted per day.
I missed a day. What happened?
Your current streak resets when you return, but your longest streak remains. If really needed - you can contact us to resume your streak (only in extreme circumstances please :) )
Does energy reset affect my streak directly?
No. Streaks are based on successful qualifying study activity, not your remaining balance by itself.
